AXA INSURANCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING TOUR

For the first time since its inception, the AXA Insurance company, has created a nationwide education and training tour to meet their goals of establishing a best practices culture in their offices throughout the country of Mexico.

IntegraSVcustom built a unique mobile training center, with 5 separate rooms, each with a different function, which allowed for simultaneous learning environments.

Groups of 12 entered the unit, with the first activity being an overview of the training program followed by customer service and telemarketing training. In both cases, examples were provided where users could learn best practices in customer service and telemarketing.

The game room was another motivator for learning as well as the awards area. Certificates of completion and awards were provided to each of the attendees upon successful completion of the course.

Thousands of AXA employees have received best practices training around the country.
